What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated reception.

Do you allow outside caterers not listed on your preferred vendors list?

Yes, we do. However, they must be approved by us 2 months prior to your event date.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Yes, and due to liability reasons, they must be served by at least one licensed server.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are! Feel free to include your furry friend in your celebration!

What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, we require a $2,000 nonrefundable deposit. Your remaining payments can be made at your leisure up to your event date.

When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due the day of your event.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample parking at the estate. For guests and bridal party, the parking lot is just across the dead-end road. For vendors, there is ample parking behind the house (providing easy access to the catering area and reception lawn).

Do you have overnight accommodation?

Not at this time, but please ask us and we can recommend several local options to accommodate your entire party.

Is there a clean-up fee?

No, there are no additional fees for set up, break down, or clean up of your event.
